About the Role
We’re looking for an organized, dependable Account Associate to help keep our office running smoothly and support our sales team. In this part-time role, you’ll handle important follow-up and service tasks so our sales representatives can stay focused on connecting with customers.
If you enjoy helping others, keeping details organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, we’d love to hear from you. No insurance license is required, and there is opportunity for advancement as you grow with our team.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers to collect outstanding documents and signatures.
- Confirm appointments and communicate scheduling updates.
- Assist with routine customer service requests and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document follow-up activity.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to keep customer needs and outstanding tasks on track.
- Assist with outbound calls as time allows, once service and follow-up priorities are complete.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional communication skills over the phone and in writing.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through consistently.
- Comfort using computers and learning new software.
- A dependable, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
- Customer service or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
- No insurance license required.

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
